How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used to purchase, and submit a refund request; or
• Contact our support team from inside the HuMatrix.ai app and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in the app or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
