1. Who we are

AL Huokama al Motqana (الحوكمة المتقنة) ("HuMatrix.ai", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under tax identifier 3121787189, with registered address at RHKA8810, King Abdullah Quarter, Ward Street, 12426 Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operates the HuMatrix.ai platform (the "Service"). For personal data we process about our customers and visitors, HuMatrix.ai acts as the data controller. For Customer Content that our customers upload to the Service about their own end-users, HuMatrix.ai acts as a data processor on behalf of the customer.

2. Personal data we collect

Account data: name, email, hashed password, organisation name.
Profile & usage data: features used, pages viewed, in-app actions, preferences, language.
Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, timestamps.
Support data: messages and attachments you send to our support team.
Survey response data: feedback our customers collect via the Service from their end-users.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our reseller Paddle.com — we do not see or store payment card numbers.

3. Why we use your data and the legal basis

To provide the Service (legal basis: performance of a contract).
To create and secure your account (contract; legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention).
To process payments and comply with tax / accounting obligations (contract; legal obligation; via Paddle as Merchant of Record).
To improve the Service — diagnostics, analytics, error reporting (legitimate interests in operating and improving our product).
To provide customer support (contract; legitimate interests).
To send service announcements and, where permitted, marketing (legitimate interests; consent where required).

4. Who we share data with

Service providers / sub-processors we use to operate the Service, including hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tooling.
Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and customer service relating to purchases.
Professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance) where reasonably necessary.
Public authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. EEA/UK residents have these rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR and may complain to a supervisory authority. We aim to respond to verified requests within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging — to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
